Refund policy

Our reports are digital products delivered immediately, so we do not take returns in the usual sense. We do stand behind what we sell.

Our guarantee

Contact us within 14 days of purchase if:

• the report does not cover what its product page describes
• the file is faulty, incomplete or cannot be opened
• you were charged twice or for the wrong country

We will send a corrected file, swap the report for the country you meant to buy, or refund the full price to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of approval.

Consumers

If you buy as a consumer, you agree at checkout that delivery starts immediately, and the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Cancellation Act lapses when the download is made available. This does not affect the guarantee above or your rights if the product is faulty.
